The most versatile Hold-Down stand ever at realistic prices. Constructed of heavy duty steel, powder coated for a rust free long life and assembled with stainless steel fasteners and nylon lock nuts the VERSI-CLAMP floor stand, model VCFS, is the basic element in the VERSI-CLAMP system. The stand, coupled with the 10” x 12” high density polypropylene (HDPE) top plate, optional quick release foot pedal and electric vacuum pump is the logical addition to any shop. The stand is a sensible 36” high with the feet pre-drilled for mounting to the shop floor to hold it firmly in place. The VCS-810, pictured above, comes complete with the foot pedal and completely automatic continuous duty vacuum pump, a generous amount of vacuum tubing and all the necessary connectors.
The VERSI-CLAMP system can be setup in a number of ways according to your application requirements. Even though your initial setup may change, the VERSI-CLAMP system can easily be reconfigured to accommodate any of our optional Hold-Down fixtures. Every one of our fixtures is quickly installed on the basic VERSI-CLAMP stand, model VCFS, so you’re not limited to one or two formats and your investment goes farther. Each of the optional fixtures is quickly installed with just four stainless steel cap bolts in just a minute and all the vacuum hose connections are easily accessible.

The rotating platform, model VC-RP, rotates 360 degrees and locks firmly in position with the convenient locking handle. The vacuum hose never kinks with our unique rotating vacuum hose connection. The rotating platform will accept most of our Hold-Down products as well as our cross beam systems or you can fabricate your own unique Hold-Down. |

The double arm cross bar, model VC-DCB, has four, 6” square adjustable Hold-Down modules; the cross bars are also adjustable along the main bar to provide you with virtually unlimited configurations. The VC-DCB is also available in a rotating version, model VC-DCB/R, a tilting version model VC-DCB/T and a combination version that both rotates and tilts, model
BVC-DCB/RT. The tilting version tilts 35 degrees in either direction and firmly locks in position. |

This unique pump, CD-100, is a continuous duty diaphragm type that produces about 25” Hg, or about 1700 lb. per sq/ft of pressure. Diaphragm pumps are designed to run continually and come complete with gauge, vacuum hose and hose connector. It runs on 120VAC. |
